Review
Inventoria Stock Manager advanced stock managing software that helps you keep track of your purchases, sells and reports. You will also be able to create a database where you can add your customers and suppliers.
When you will run the application for the first time, a "Quick Start" window will appear where you can enter your business details (name, address and contacts) that will be printed on all your reports. You can always add a new business by simply clicking on "Inventory"->"Multiple Businesses".
Once you complete adding business information, you can easily add items to your inventory, make purchases or sell stocks.
For each product you add onto your list you will need to fill a form with the item's bar code, unit cost and price, category, location and quantity.
Using this piece of software, you will be able to build a database in order to easily keep track of your customers and sellers. Whenever you need to create a report, you can easily select the seller/customer from the list and save plenty of time.
You can always backup your inventories to a Network folder, CD/DVD or a removable drive so that you won't lose your data if the system is crashing.
Therefore, Inventoria Stock Manager is a very useful stock management application that keeps you fully aware of your sells and purchases. |
